We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible.
Returns – Unopened Cases
If you haven’t opened the case, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You’ll receive a full refund for the returned cases, minus return shipping costs (this helps us keep our pricing competitive). Once we receive the returned items, expect your refund to be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. It may take a few extra days to show up on your statement. Simply reach out to us at info@allthatgloves.com with your order number and product details to initiate the return. Please note: we allow up to two returns per customer.
Returns – Opened Cases
If you’ve opened the case, we can still accept a return, but a restocking fee of $15 per opened case will apply. Return shipping costs are also your responsibility. If the item was incorrect or damaged, the restocking fee will be waived. All opened cases must be returned to our Chino, CA warehouse for a refund. Please contact info@allthatgloves.com with your order number and product details to begin the return process. As with unopened cases, we allow up to two returns per customer.
Exchanges
Need to exchange something? No problem! You can exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of $15 per opened case will apply. For domestic orders, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for exchanges. Please note that exchanges are only for gloves (or multiple cases of gloves), and the exchange can be done once per order, subject to price adjustments for the new items. Incorrect or Damaged Items
We know how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, we’ll work quickly to make it right. Here’s what to do:
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us right away at info@allthatgloves.com.
- Keep the damaged packaging and product—we may ask for photos.
We’ll cover the return shipping if the issue is due to damage or our error.
Return to Sender or Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned and it’s not our fault, we’ll process a refund minus the return shipping costs.
